Space invader Cisse's pledge

DJIBRIL CISSE wants to be Sunderland's space invader.
The striker has scored twice since becoming Roy Keane's highest-profile summer signing.
And Cisse is comfortable with the pressure of trying to be an instant hit on Wearside.
The France striker had a scoring debut at Spurs in August and plundered a second Premier League goal in last month's 2-1 loss at Aston Villa.
Many would say that his all-round performance in Saturday's 1-1 home draw with Arsenal was his best yet for the Black Cats and Cisse is confident he will hit full stride.
He said: "It always takes time for a new player to settle in but my team-mates are getting to know me now and I am getting to know them.
"They know I like to run into the space behind defenders and that is the way get the best out of me.
"My form is coming. I've been here now for almost two months and I always knew it would take me some time to find my best level of form.
"I was pleased with the way I played against Arsenal and also with the result – it was an excellent point."
