SUNDERLAND discover today if broken nose victim Danny Collins will be available for tomorrow's home clash with Arsenal.

The centre-back was hurt in last weekend's 2-1 loss at Aston Villa and finished that game, but has not taken part in contact training this week.

With Nyron Nosworthy (hamstring) definitely out, Keane is hoping to avoid further changes in defence against the Gunners.

Boss Roy Keane said: "Danny's seeing a specialist today and we will know better this afternoon if we're allowed to take a risk with him.

"I know Nuggsy's out but I've one or two options if it comes down to it.

"We let Danny Higginbotham go and Paul McShane's away on loan of course, but Pascal Chimbonda and George McCartney have played at centre-back before."
