YOUNG love blossomed for Leanne Dickinson and Michael Lee Burns – and they have never looked back since.
The Hartlepool couple first met ten years ago when Leanne, 25, was still at Dyke House School and Michael had just left High Tunstall School.

But they are still a beaming couple ten years later and cemented their love by marrying at St Oswald's church in Hartlepool before having a reception at the Grand Hotel.

Leanne, a dental nurse, said: "Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and I could not have asked for anything more. We really enjoyed the day."

The couple have two children Shannon, aged four, and two-year-old son, George.

Both were there to help them enjoy a day which saw 120 people attend their daytime reception and 160 people join them on the night-time where they enjoyed a first dance to I Swear by All For One.

Leanne recalled how they first met and said it was after one of her friends was set up on a bind date with one of Michael's friends.

"We have been together for the ten years since," said Leanne.

Leanne and Michael, a communications engineer, became engaged last year and enjoyed a romantic meal to celebrate while their two young children were tucked up in bed.

Their wedding day was shared by guests including best man Alan Groves and nine bridesmaids who were Marie Dickinson, Leanne and Michael's daughter Shannon, Leah Blackburn, Shelley Burns, Casey Lythe, Tiffany Webb, Carly Taylor, Laura Ducklin and Kelly Sorby.

The three ushers were Paul McManus, Lee Bage and Ian French.

After their big day, the couple enjoyed a honeymoon in the St Julian's area of Malta.

Leanne also said she wanted to pay particular tribute to wedding photographer Bob Usher for her spectacular photos and said: "I am over the moon with them."
